I was employed with GEICO Corporate for 14 years, where I worked in the Service Department. Most recently, I have spent the past 10 years working as a sales agent. With more than 30 years of professional experience, I have developed a strong background in customer service, insurance, sales, and client relations.

I graduated from Bethel High School in 1981 and attended Thomas Nelson Community College. I’ve worked in the Hampton Public Library System and at Jones, Blechman, Woltz & Kelly, where I worked with 25 attorneys. I began working in the insurance industry in January 2003 at Regas Insurance Agency GEICO Office in Newport News, where I worked until November 2011. In January 2012, I joined Holestin Insurance Services with Greg Holestin and have been here ever since. I’m a Customer Service Representative and the first person customers see when they come into the office. I’m also known as “Miss GEICO” when I’m out of the office and customers recognize me. Outside of work, I’m a caregiver to my 93-year-old mom. I enjoy helping her with her puzzle books, which we do together each night, as well as reading in my free time. That’s a wrap, as Greg Holestin would say!

I am a self-made financial analyst spending 17 years on Wall St working for JPMorgan Chase in NYC. Switched careers to the insurance industry upon relocating to VA in 2017 and have been working for GEICO since 2017.

Mike has been in the insurance business for most of the past 23 years. Three years ago, he made the transition from sales to service and now services our existing book of homeowners business. Mike attended Old Dominion University and is a Navy veteran.

Jeff is the Sales and Operations Manager, bringing over 16 years of experience with GEICO and in the insurance industry. A graduate of Old Dominion University, Jeff is passionate about helping customers find the right coverage while supporting his team in delivering exceptional service.

I earned my degree in Information Technology with a minor in Management from Old Dominion University. I have approximately 17 years of experience with GEICO, including five years with Greg’s team. My previous roles include Gold Tier Chairman’s Club Agent, Chairman’s Club Sales Supervisor, and Zone Manager. In my current role as Trainer, I train and support numerous GEICO Local Offices.

Misty Kemph is the Marketing Manager here at our GEICO Local Offices. With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, she has a passion for sales and providing high-quality service. Misty handles the business development and relationship-building side of our offices. You may have seen her at various fundraisers, runs, or networking events throughout the area. Outside of the office, you can find Misty relaxing with her family, riding off-road vehicles, or trying a new restaurant. I began my career in the restaurant industry, where I spent 27 years gaining experience in many different roles. In 2013, I joined Greg’s team as a Marketing Representative for the Hampton office on the Peninsula and now help serve the entire Hampton Roads area. In my role, I work closely with local dealerships to build strong relationships and develop opportunities for future business. Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of two beautiful daughters and grandmother of three. I love traveling, spending time with family, discovering new places, and making memories while enjoying the little things that make life special.
