I recently was looking at quotes for renters insurance through the GEICO app, and never expected to get a follow up call that wasn’t just a sales call pushing the insurance. Mike was very friendly and personable, answered every question I had, even outside of renters insurance. His understanding of customers and gift for guessing the way my mind worked based off my profession was very amusing, but also really helped put my mind at ease that I was making the right choice. Talking to him didn’t feel like most business calls, it felt personable and real, like talking to family or friends. I honestly cannot thank Mike enough for the peace of mind and overall enjoyable conversation this morning. He may have single handedly made me glad I insure my car, and now my apartment, with GEICO 😅

Michael helped my family save a ton of money on our home owners policy. He was friendly and knowledgeable and most of all helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had everything we needed for our policy with the right amount of coverage for our home. Michael Wilson helped me get the right policies for all my autos, RV and Home. The service he provided was knowledgeable, easy and he was a pleasure to work with. I have to say I was a 30 year customer went to another reparable company for a couple of years and now we are back. Lesson learned cheaper is not better! Thank you Michael!
